We become what we think
In my last post, I left you with a question: “Who are you, and who told you that?”
To begin this final part of the series, let’s talk about something called the Chaos Theory or Butterfly Effect. It’s a concept that suggests a tiny change in the initial condition of a system can lead to vastly different outcomes. This idea was popularized by Edward Lorenz, a meteorologist who found that rounding a number slightly differently led to completely different weather predictions.
As the metaphor goes, “A butterfly flapping its wings in Brazil can cause a tornado in Texas.”
Now imagine applying that to your own life. Take a small habit — something as simple as a one-minute gratitude practice each day. Overtime what happen is that :
A thought becomes a feeling.
A feeling triggers a chemical — hormones are released.
Those hormones shape your emotions and behaviours.
Your behaviours create your habits.
And your habits build your life.
In that sense, we become what we think — quite literally. Your mind is not just interpreting reality; it's constantly shaping it.
“The believers, in their mutual kindness, compassion, and sympathy are just like one body. When one of the limbs suffers, the whole body responds to it with wakefulness and fever.”
[Al-Bukhari and Muslim].

Reading this my mind lays before another theory “the theory of everything”. In physics, the Theory of Everything is the search for one equation or law that unites all forces — gravity, electromagnetism, quantum fields — into a single elegant truth.
In metaphysical or spiritual terms, TOE can be seen as:
All things—matter, energy, thought, consciousness — arise from one unified source.
If everything is one, then a shift ( as small as of 1 min a day) in your frequency or consciousness can align you with completely different outcomes (timelines, relationships, health, spiritual insight). This is where, the theory of chaos and theory of everything links.
Lets trace this through the layers of our existence.
The layers of Self
We humans exists in different world at one time, how? let’s uncover
Our material body — the flesh — exists in a 3D world, right? But then, how do we think outside the box? I mean, if we’re living in a matrix of three dimensions, how is it possible for us to have thoughts that go beyond the limits of that reality? You dream, you imagine, you fantasize about things that aren’t physically real — so how can your mind conceive something that doesn’t even exist within the “box” you live in?
This is because “the mind” is a powerful tool. It can tune itself to different frequencies. How? by way of thoughts. But, again where do these thoughts come from? Thoughts arent from inside but from outside. You brain is a receptor, mind’s a tuner and you are the one telecasting that thought.
Neuroscience acknowledges that the brain acts like a receiver — processing external stimuli, electromagnetic frequencies, and subtle signals from the environment. Some thinkers (like Carl Jung with the "collective unconscious") even proposed that our thoughts connect to something beyond just our personal brain chemistry.
William James, a pioneer in psychology, proposed the “transmission theory” of consciousness, suggesting the brain doesn't produce consciousness but transmits it from a greater source — like a radio. Similarly, Sir Roger Penrose (mathematician, Nobel laureate) and Stuart Hameroff (anaesthesiologist) suggested that consciousness arises not purely from neurons but from quantum-level processes within microtubules inside brain cells.
Now read this carefully: our brain receives what our mind is tuned to. The mind itself is tuned by the frequency of the heart. It is the heart that directs the mind—guiding it through emotional and logical signals. In this way, the brain receives thoughts and impulses based on the frequency at which the mind is operating, and that frequency is set by the heart.
According to research by the HeartMath Institute, the heart is not just a pump. It has its own neuronal network, sometimes called the “heart-brain” — a complex system of about 40,000 neurons that can sense, feel, learn, and remember.
The heart sends more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart — particularly through the vagus nerve. This means that your emotional state (heart signals) can directly affect cognitive functions like attention, perception, memory, and problem-solving.
When you're in a coherent emotional state (like gratitude, compassion, or love), your heart's rhythm becomes smooth and stable. This coherent signal sent to the brain improves your mental clarity and decision-making.
Do you know what all this means? this means that you are manifesting your own self at different levels. You choose your “self”. How you want to react, feel or act is based on what? the frequency you choose. The energy at which your mind is tuned. Mind is where the heart is . And oh here i remember a hadith of Imam Ali ( R.A):
Your sickness is from you, but you do not perceive it and your remedy is within you, but you do not sense it. You presume you are a small entity, but within you is enfolded the entire Universe. You are indeed the evident book, by whose alphabet's the hidden becomes manifest. Therefore you have no need to look beyond yourself. What you seek is within you, if only you reflect.
(Diwan al-Imam ‘Ali, Dar al-kutub al-’ilmiyya, Beirut, p. 86)
This secret yet none has grasped that Muslim Scripture reads so sweet:
Practising rules by it prescribed, becomes its pattern quite complete.
Let’s see at what frequency our mind tunes itself to which emotion or logic:
( Source: The Map of Consciousness- Dr. David R.Hawkins)
Dr. David R. Hawkins, a pioneer in consciousness research, explained something that aligns beautifully with what I’ve been sharing: your heart sets the frequency, your mind tunes to that frequency, and your brain acts as the receiver. He didn’t believe in forcing thoughts to change — instead, he taught the art of surrender. When you let go of guilt, fear, or control and instead tune into love, gratitude, or even acceptance, your entire energy field shifts. That shift doesn’t start in the mind — it begins in the heart. And once the heart changes frequency, the mind and body naturally follow. It’s not about controlling the mind; it’s about aligning with your truest self.
Do you really think we’re here just to have fun? With a body this intricate and a heart and mind this deep, are we truly meant to just dance, party, and die a meaningless death? I’d rather die with pride than live in false pride. And do you know why? Because in the end, it’s the ending that defines you. You could be the most powerful leader in history—but if your life ends in disgrace, that’s the headline people remember. That’s the legacy. So, die with purpose. Die with passion. Because a purposeful death can only come from a life lived with meaning. Even if the world humiliates you, if you stayed true to your path, you’ll be remembered long after Earth, Mars, and Jupiter have turned to dust.
And to those who swear by astrology—how will your stars align when the entire universe collapses into dust? At least pause and think before you believe.
Limited Life
Nothing in this world can remain alive forever. We are all energy—and as the famous law states: Energy can neither be created nor destroyed; it only changes form. So, when you die, you don’t disappear—you simply shift forms. Right now, you exist in the skin of a human. And by “you,” I mean your consciousness.
According to Hinduism, after death, you might return as a tree, a snake, a mountain, or even another human—depending on your past karmas. Hmm. Can’t quite digest that. The theory of evolution doesn’t support that either. According to that logic, a higher conscious form would somehow degrade into a lower one like a snake? Strange. Very strange.
In truth, many who believe such ideas often have no real understanding of who they are to begin with. Consciousness—that’s the very spirit everyone keeps talking about, especially in relation to the twelve zodiac signs. Based on the month you're born, you’re said to inherit the characteristics of a specific "spirit." But let’s be clear: You are not a Scorpio. You are a soul.
A soul is fundamentally different from a spirit. Soul’s example is of UNION—Nothingness yet existence, it can’t be assumed to be divided more. Spirits are entities—similar to jinn, though not quite the same. The “I” that says I am is the self, the false ego. This ego manifests itself through twelve different forms of consciousness—twelve domains, if you will. The time we choose to be born is the time we choose which identity or lens we want to wear in this material world.
But remember: this “I” will die. Your body will die. What will remain? The soul. What religion talks about is “spirit”. The thing which instills in you thoughts, emotions and build your character which you manifest in outer world through your body. As per the latest stats atheist are now 16% of world population more than hindus whom are at 15% , mostly people are now in disbelieve of God so why will they accept that a soul or even a spirit exist? let me put it simple
Even if you dont believe in God, you may believe in “as above so below “. This ancient Hermetic principle means that the microcosm (the individual, the self, the inner world) reflects the macrocosm (the universe, the divine, the outer world). In simpler terms: what happens within you is connected to what happens outside of you.
In most mystical traditions — from Sufism to Kabbalah to Hermeticism — this phrase hints at the divine connection between the human soul and the universe. Your soul is not separate from the cosmos. You are not a bystander in the universe; you are a reflection of it. When you raise your internal frequency — through gratitude, prayer, fasting, dhikr, or intention — the world around you begins to shift too.
Think of it like this: your mindset shapes your reality. If your inner world is full of chaos, guilt, and fear — your relationships, choices, and experiences will echo that. On the flip side, when your mind is in sync with peace and purpose, life begins to respond to you with clarity and alignment. Carl Jung called this the principle of synchronicity — meaningful coincidences that reflect your internal state.
"Above" is the realm of archetypes, divine order, and cosmic patterns. "Below" is the material world we live in — body, society, Earth. When you're aligned, your actions in the physical world mirror the intelligence of the higher realm. This is why sacred geometry, astrology, and numerology try to map meaning from the skies to the self — they are lenses to see the invisible laws behind visible life.
We talked about how the heart directs the mind, the mind tunes into frequencies, and the brain receives and acts upon them. That internal structure — heart → mind → brain — is a mirror of a larger truth:
“As Above, So Below” — what’s within you echoes what’s around you.
So when your inner frequency changes — through a shift in emotions, intention, or belief — the outer world begins to reflect that. It’s not just a spiritual cliché. It’s energetic logic. You tune your reality by tuning your inner world.
Now let’s go deeper.
You are not just flesh. You are not just thought. You are a walking manifestation of energy — a bridge between the unseen and the seen. The "above" isn’t a place in the sky; it’s your soul’s higher potential, your connection to divine intelligence. And the "below" is the physical life you live — your choices, relationships, health, and outcomes.
When your heart is clean, your mind aligns to higher frequencies — gratitude, compassion, courage. And when that happens, your outer world begins to mirror that alignment: your health improves, your path clears, and people shift around you. It’s no magic. It’s divine order.
The skies above — the brain and mind.
Look at the moon. One side always faces us — the apparent side, just like our conscious mind: the thoughts, logic, and identity we’re aware of. But the moon has a hidden side, always turned away — mirroring our unconscious mind: our suppressed memories, fears, intuitions, and unseen programming. This duality of the moon is the duality of mind.
Above us, duality reigns — logic and emotion, awareness and shadows.
This is why the mind can be influenced, pulled by tides, fluctuating like lunar phases. It is shaped by external inputs — thoughts, environment, and frequency. The brain doesn’t act independently; it processes what it receives.
Now look below — the heart.
The heart is like the sun. It acts as the seed of all emotion, intuition, and spiritual direction. Unlike the brain, the heart isn’t split. It is singular, radiant, and self-illuminating. It leads from within. It does not need to be told — it knows. Just as the sun lights up the world on its own, the heart lights up the soul — if it’s clean, true, and aligned.
The brain is reflective, like the moon. The heart is radiant, like the sun.
That’s why the heart directs the mind. The sun doesn’t borrow its light; it gives it. The heart doesn’t ask the brain how to feel; it tells it what to tune into. It’s only when we ignore the heart’s guidance that we fall into internal chaos — when the moon tries to become the sun.
Similarly, the soul resides within the Qalb — the heart — like an energy source, a radiant sun nestled deep within. The brain, by contrast, belongs to the upper realm — the sky — where thoughts pass like clouds, analyzed and organized. But it is not the origin.
The Nafs — the self or spirit — moves along levels, just as ancient traditions speak of seven centers of energy. At its lowest, it dwells near the root, entangled in survival and desire. But when awakened, it rises, reaching toward the crown — toward clarity, surrender, and divine nearness. Like a tree, it grows upward, from root to fruit, from soil to sky.
"Have you not seen how Allah presents the example of a good word like a good tree — its root firmly fixed and its branches high in the sky?"
"It produces its fruit all the time, by permission of its Lord. And Allah presents examples for the people that perhaps they will reflect."
— Surah Ibrahim 14:24-25And the example of a bad word is like a bad tree, uprooted from the surface of the earth, having no stability."
— Surah Ibrahim 14:26
So what connects the heavens and the earth within us? A door — a seed — planted right at the center of our being. In Islamic tradition, this place is called Sadr — the chest, the center. It is here that the Qalb resides.
The good Kalima refers to the words of Allah and the guidance from divine revelation. When the Qalb (heart) is nourished with the Kalima, it stabilizes the energy points, enabling them to grow strong and upright, like branches reaching toward the sky. The Kalima infuses the heart with clarity, purpose, and strength, ensuring that the energy points (chakras) are aligned with divine purpose.
On the other hand, when the bad Kalima (negative or harmful words) is recited or absorbed into the heart, it destabilizes the energy points. The branches (spiritual growth) become weak, and their connection to the earth (the material world) becomes shaky. Instead of growing with purpose, they stretch desperately toward the sky, lacking a deep, rooted foundation. This reflects a misalignment between the heart and the divine, causing instability in the individual's spiritual journey.
It is through the Sadr that guidance either expands or constricts:
“So whoever Allah wants to guide — He expands his chest (Sadr) to Islam…”
— [Qur'an 6:125]
This center is not just an anatomical space — it is the portal where the seen meets the unseen, where the light of divine wisdom descends and the inner self begins to reflect it outward.
No amusement should be felt by the geniuses of the ancient or present world. No one is truly guided if they are unaware of God. The only enlightenment, illumination, or liberation is found with God, not with the Illuminati or Freemasonry.

In Islam, the understanding of God’s oneness (Tawhid) is at the core of spiritual realization. The Quran emphasizes that no one can truly be guided without acknowledging God as the source of all light, wisdom, and purpose.
True enlightenment isn’t about acquiring worldly power or knowledge—it’s about the inner peace, clarity, and liberation that come from acknowledging God. The divine light from God illuminates the soul, guiding it toward truth. Everything else is a fleeting pursuit of meaning that falls short in comparison.
As the Quran says:
"الله نور السماوات والأرض"
"Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth."
— Surah An-Nur (24:35)
They didn’t believe in Allah, and it is because of this that many in the past were mistaken. Although we see them with a pine cone in hand and using excessive symbolism of the third eye, what they were truly trying to achieve was Godly powers. They believed that humans are gods within themselves and that they just need to raise their consciousness. Cults, believing in higher consciousness, view those with advanced awareness as gods over the rest of humanity.
This belief is why we find certain bloodlines still ruling over elite brotherhoods, economies, and lands—controversially exemplified by the creation of Israel. These elites, driven by a belief in their own divine superiority, continue to manipulate and control the masses, claiming to be the chosen ones with access to higher knowledge and power.
However, this pursuit of self-deification, disconnected from God’s guidance, only leads to misguided actions. The true path to power and enlightenment lies not in elevating the self but in humbling oneself before God, the ultimate source of wisdom and sovereignty.
So why exactly are we here?
The answer is simple: to reflect.
To reflect on who we are, where we came from — and to let that reflection lead to one thing only:
Allah.
The Only God.
I cannot perceive someone who holds knowledge of the worlds, yet claims to have never seen his Lord — not with the eyes of the flesh, but with the eyes of the heart.
"وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ"
“And I did not create jinn and mankind except to worship Me.”
— [Surah Adh-Dhariyat 51:56]
What more are you searching for?
No — ‘ibadah doesn’t mean standing on one foot the entire night. Allah knows that for many of us, that’s not practical. He never asked you for extremes. He only asked that you submit your false ego to Him. That whatever you do, your intention is Him.
Love for Him.
Love what He loves: kindness, justice, purity, sincerity — whether it benefits you or not.
Hate for Him.
Dislike what He dislikes: oppression, arrogance, hypocrisy — even if it exists within yourself.
Help for Him.
Help people not for validation, but because helping His creation is helping His cause.
Restrain for Him.
Hold yourself back — from ego, desire, revenge — not out of fear of people, but out of reverence for Him.
Because ultimately:
To Him we belong.
And to Him we will return.
Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un"
( إِنَّا لِلَّٰهِ وَإِنَّا إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ )
"Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return."
— [Surah Al-Baqarah 2:156]
